About the Event
Avoid Burnout: Know Your True Colors is an online 3-hour personal success workshop conducted by a certified True Colors facilitator.
A 15-20 minute online True Colors assessment will be provided prior to the workshop. Each person will discover their full True Colors personality spectrum and receive an in-depth, personalized 25+ page report. The distinctive report describes behavioral tendencies, includes powerfully effective tips for communicating with people of all personality types and has a standalone summary desktop report.
During the workshop, a certified True Colors facilitator helps participants explore their own distinctive personality strengths and stressors in a fun, "edutaining" format. Participants will learn to respect and appreciate differences in the ways people function, lay the foundation for relationship building and establish effective communication through this interactive, information-packed workshop.

Following the purchase of both the training and the CEUs, the facilitator will submit the registration information of paid participants that completed the entirety of the workshop to the True Colors International organization. A printed transcript of the True Colors International Personal Success 3-Hour Workshop will be emailed and/or mailed from Bismarck State College 30 to 60 business days upon the completion of the workshop. Completers will be contacted regarding the submission of the form.
