LET GO: IN-PERSON GROUP (MIXXED FIT)

LET GO: IN-PERSON  GROUP MIXXED FIT  is a bodywork event.  It is an introduction to how enhance your mood with movement. The event designed for high functioning Black women interested in understanding more about the art of releasing people, places, and things (while in community with other "strong women"). 

The event will be at Reedy Creek Park. The exact meeting point within the park will be disclosed the day of the event.  

CLOTHING

Please wear comfortable clothing (it doesn’t have to be cute just comfortable). This is a super informal event. We will be on the grass as well as lay down on the grass. Socks and shoes are optional while we are on the grass. OPTIONAL: Wear white or bright colored clothing.

WHAT TO BRING

1. A yoga mat or a towel or a cushion to sit as well as lay down on the grass. OPTIONAL:  and outdoor collapsible lawn chair (if you cannot physically sit on the grass).

2. A FULLY CHARGED cellphone

3. A bottle of water to stay hydrated.

4. OPTIONAL: A small towel to wipe off sweat.

5. OPTIONAL: Sweater, jacket, gloves, etc to keep warm.

6. OPTIONAL: Insect repellent to keep bugs away

EVENT TIME

The event on Saturday, October 28, 2023 is anticipated to begin at 1:30 pm est. Arrival time can begin at 1:20pm est. Late participants may arrive/join in the event from 1:30pm est until 2:30pm est. The event will promptly end no later than 2:30pm est.

CONSIDERATIONS

The event is located at a public park. With consideration to the needs of the participants as well as other individuals at the park, the exact location of the event in the park is subject to change. All participants will be immediately notified either by direct face-to-face communication, text, or phone of the change.
