Docked Ships is leveling up with more community-based services & programs for Black women beyond therapy. We need more than just individual healing—they need healthy community. 

And the best part? We're making these programs affordable and accessible.

Keeping the lights on:
These programs, including Walking Mindfulness, are offered at a minimum of $20, with the option to pay more if you can. Why? Because that extra helps cover the cost for Black women who may not have it right now but deeply need community. It’s a community effort, supporting each other when it matters most. Take intentional steps—literally over 14 days in a virtual community of Black women on the SAME journey!—to clear your mind and connect with the present with the support of community. No headphones, no music, just nature. This practice has been known to reduce stress, boost mental clarity, and bring calm to your day. Plus, it can help reduce anxiety-based habits.
