Description:
You’ve learned to manage your stress.
Now it’s time to feel it — and release it.
This in-person healing circle is for high-achieving, over-functioning Black women who are ready to stop carrying stress like it’s part of their personality.
We’re not just talking about family dysfunction — we’re addressing what it’s done to your body, breath, and boundaries.
Together, in sacred community and grounded space, we’ll explore:
-
How to recognize the early signs of distress in your body
-
Why your nervous system stays on high alert (even when life looks “fine”)
-
Practices to calm your internal alarms — without guilt, shame, or over-explaining
-
Guided movement, breathwork, and reflection in nature
-
What it means to be regulated, rested, and still whole in a world that demands your everything
This is healing that lives in your body — not just your brain.
And it happens outside the four walls of your house, in the arms of nature, in community, in you.
