New Phone, Who Dis?
Let me tell you the hardest part about this whole wellness setup: it’s not the boundaries you keep tryna put on other people (while straight-up ignoring your own), not the self-care you keep pushing to the side and trying to squeeze in between your hustle tasks, not even the late-night “let me fix my life” Google searches. The biggest challenge is navigating your sense of self.
The Self Behind the Armor
And I don’t mean the “self” you constructed after that heartbreak, that betrayal, or that moment that made you swear you’d never get caught slipping again. Nope. I’m talking about your real self—the one that existed before you put on all that armor.
Filling the Void
See, most of us spend years patching over that void with achievements, titles, relationships, or stuff we can flex with. But here’s the realest question: can you comfort yourself? Like, actually show up for yourself when nobody’s clapping, nobody’s calling, and nothing’s going according to your vision board?
Can you soothe yourself without numbing, running, or reaching for somebody else to hold the weight you never learned to carry?

What If It Never Comes?
Now, let’s go deeper: if the person you’ve been praying for never changes, or the thing you’ve been hustling for never comes… will you die? Will you shrivel up inside? Or will you make it?
And don’t get it twisted—this ain’t about that “encourage yourself in the Lord” pep-talk we grew up on. This is about knowing, deep in your bones, that YOU WILL WIN (and not on that “everybody’s a winner” kick either).
YOU WILL WIN... and not because life is fair or predictable. The secret is you accepting and being settled in the TRUTH that you don’t need to know how or when—it will unfold. But YOU WILL WIN.
That’s not a cute affirmation. That’s a spiritual principle.
Nothing Missing
Here’s the thing: life keeps moving. Seasons shift. New information comes. And when you commit to non-judgmental learning—when you allow yourself to be fully human with your feelings, your spirals, your contradictions—you start to see something wild: you’re not missing anything.
Those moments you swore broke you? They were experiences. They taught you (mind you it was lessons that you coulda' stood going through LIFE not EVER knowing). But they didn’t erase you.
The Real Work
So what if the real work isn’t clawing for everything you thought you were lacking… but realizing you were never lacking to begin with?
You are not missing, broken, or waiting to be found. YOU ARE HERE.
And that? That’s enough (for your RIGHT NOW).
