I Reflect The Light

I’ve done the work. And I’m STILL doing the work. The healing work.
I’ve looked at my past. I’ve named many of my patterns. I’ve asked the hard questions. I grounded myself in the present.
And it all leaves me laughing at myself… a lot. I mean—a lot, a lot.
Because I’m fascinated. I’m curious about how I move through life. How I process it. How I feel it.
And... honestly? I’m falling in love with life again—
what it means, and where it's destined to take me.
What I’ve Learned About Healing
For a long time, I thought the answer was bodying everything that life threw my way. It thought it worked like this: Get it right. Fix it. Finally arrive.

Unsubscribe me from simply enduring life! Because bearing it will have you suffering… and then sitting there trying to figure out what it was all for.
There is no cosmic distribution of pain for “God’s toughest soldiers.”
What I Want
I want to crack the code on it ALL!
Not only do I want a release from beliefs that never really benefited me.
But I want it FOR ALL OF US.
I want us free from the tentacles of the Superwoman Schema.
I want us to move beyond just processing the past…
and living in quiet anxiety that we’ll repeat it.
I want us to be able to look ahead—whole.
Curious. Open. With the boldness of a toddler
who doesn’t know fear — only exploration.

8 Week Walking Support Group
Great women, good conversation. And that got me through last Saturday … because my legs wanted to quit. 😂
Chile, they were even talking about brunch afterwards… I can’t confirm. Because me? I came home and immediately folded into the couch. LOL
But jokes aside, I am actually looking forward to the walk again this coming Saturday.
