    We are currently offering free WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders! 

    Average shipping time is between 14 - 20 days. However, orders may take up to 30 days to be delivered due to the extra time it takes to make a customized product (please expect a processing time of 5-7 days). 

    Note: Due to COVID-19, shipping times might take longer depending on your country.     REFUND POLICY: 

    We only offer refunds if the goods are defective. Please contact us and we'll inform you of the next steps. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Product also cannot be exchanged or returned as we will not be able to resell them. 

    CANCELLATION

    If you decide to change your mind about your purchase, there is a 24 hour window after you have paid to cancel your order. This is specifically strict for our PRODUCT as we will begin production after 24 hours of your payment and unfortunately we won't be able to offer cancellation after this time.
